If you want violence, like France, and if you feel that strongly about being a European, you know... to "envince proper outrage" then maybe you should move there, because if you haven't figured it out, this is not Europe. This is America! Some of the statements in this article are extremely irresponsable, and totally off base... i.e. "Let’s not forget that we lost marriage rights in California because of millions of Mormon dollars and that American evangelicals are promoting the death penalty for gay people in Uganda." The reason that marriage was lost in CA was not due to funding. It was lost because this country is based on Christian foundations and beliefs. Marriage is a gift from God, and does not come from government instatutions.
